Our Story

Chapter XIII is the passion project of Angela Kelley, an extraordinarily gifted educator who has the natural ability to empathize and connect with students from various backgrounds. The life that Ms. Kelley was given came with many tragedies and setbacks, but it was all for this greater purpose. Her perseverant spirit and understanding in child trauma made her the ultimate solution to the issues plaguing our youth as well as the pressures society puts on them to be "perfect" in a world that is far from it.  Chapter XIII serves as a safe haven for students who want assistance bettering themselves past their current situations. We offer extra curricular classes to give them an advantage in the real world, mentor students through life's challenges, as well as provide resources to their families. Chapter XIII is the embodiment of "being who you needed when you were growing up."
